Personal Data

When using the contact form on this website or emailing directly to 'info@natspetservices.co.uk' to make an enquiry or book a consultation, some personal data will be required. such as your name, address, postcode, contact number and email address in order to reply to and proceed with your enquiry about services provided.

This data would also be collected if enquiring by telephone or text message to book a consultation.

A record of any email correspondence may be kept should you proceed to use my services.

Personal Data is deleted from my records within 60 days if you choose not to use my services unless it is requested via email to 'info@natspetservices.co.uk' that it is deleted with immediate effect.

If my services are used, I will keep personal data in order to send invoices and must retain invoice data for 6 years as required by HMRC for taxation purposes. A third party password protected business software provider is used for this purpose.

When using my dog walking and pet sitting services, a signed hard copy consultation form is required with details of your name,address, postcode, contact number, details about your pet(s) and your preferred vets details. This, along with a signed copy of terms and conditions is necessary to provide a personal and tailored service to you and your pet and only kept for any future bookings.

If at any point you choose to discontinue with my services, on your request via email to 'info@natspetservices.co.uk'  all such paper copies will be destroyed. 

The above paper copies stored in a locked cabinet at my home.

No personal data is sold, traded or rented to any 3rd parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose.

The only time your information may be shared is with a vet if your pet requires treatment in event of an accident or sickness or for lawful purposes.

I do not send emails to you which are unrelated to anything other than to arrange and discuss the service I have been asked to provide for you at the time.

Security

The security of your personal information is taken seriously by Nats Pet Services, but unfortunately no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. 

Although every effort has been made by the website server to make the contact form on the website a safe and secure way to contact Nats Pet Services, users of the contact form are advised in using the form to email process, that they do so at their own risk.

I use up to date anti-virus software and any information is kept securely on a password locked computer at my home address. No other person has access to this computer.

This website provides social media sharing buttons. Users are advised before using social media buttons on this website, that you do so at your own discretion as your usage may be tracked by their website and used to collect your preferences for advertising purposes through your social media platform account.
