Welcome to our chicken and poultry sitting service. With over 15 years of experience caring for our own pet chickens, as well as ducks and quail, I have accumulated a good knowledge of poultry husbandry.

I offer daily visits to your home or allotment, once or twice per day as required, to ensure your feathered friends are well cared for and happy while you are away.

​Services include: 

Cleaning droppings from all areas of their run and night coop. 

Replenishing food, water and grits. 

Keeping check on individuals in the flock for injury or ailment.

Collecting any eggs.

Opening and closing the pop hole door in the morning and evening.​

 

I am respectful of any DEFRA regulations regarding avian influenza which now arise during the Winter months and can advise on appropriate action if necessary.
